I was welcomed as a guest author by a class of high school seniors. My book "Year of the Rattlesnake" was part of the curriculum!
The students had read four of the stories in the book and had a slew of thoughtful questions. So impressed and thoroughly honored!

Just typed THE END on one of the hardest stories I've ever had to write. This thing fought me kicking and screaming and shooting piss and vinegar all the way. In the end, I couldn't be prouder.
