As a lesson for next time, they're too deer-like in shape, and I should cut the brown part off the root, because they're too far out horizontally, and I'd only painted it that color to camouflage it better into my hair.

Cut out the basic shape in crafting foam, glue them around a chapstick for the root of the ear, add in softer fabric for texture, glue down wire (folded over itself for a wider surface area) then attach to a headband and airbrush.
