They just stopped playing TTRPGs and shrunk away from the groups. It sucked to see, but I gotta protect my players, as they were a threat to those tables.

1 example of the maybe 100s I have where ive had to take someone to the side was a player just being incredibly combative with every character they made. Verbally combative with their party (no matter who it was) and with NPCs.

My Poppa had Parkinsons and I was really lucky to know him for about 10 yrs of my early life.

He was a WW2 vet and I loved listening to him talk (which was alot!) He didnt speak about the war much which I never pushed him on. He mostly wanted to know about our lives.
