Daisuke meditates, a nervous yet focus look on his face. All face the sun rise, the future, in their own way, all daring to see what comes next.

After seeing @samueldeats.bsky.social an illustration with his FFT party, I felt inspired to do the same for my ocs for #SOBSGame ! Probably the biggest piece I've drawn! Haven't drawn them all together in a while!

I was about the same! I liked a very select few anime and games, but have since opened up to a lot more.

Oh, totally! You and my husband are the folk at that intersection that draw people like me in! I would (foolishly) never have picked Lancer up on my own. Before it, I was lukewarm on mecha at best, and rules-light was my comfort zone. It wasn't until I played it that I really fell head over heels.

Its such a weird blind spot, and I wonder if it's the mecha aspect being an initial barrier to entry? Fantasy ttrpg folk are probs on average less likely to pick up a crunchy mech system

But, once you do, it's electric and you grassroots word-of-mouth preach it to anyone who will listen :3
