I've been in academia for almost a decade now, and I'm realizing that I haven't networked, connected with, or conversed with many people outside my campus.
Having lunch yesterday with a professor at another school filled me with so much energy and confidence that I need more of it.
Classes ended last week, and now I'm deep in the slog of grading. Tonight, I'll receive the final 30 research papers and 30 digital marketing audits.
Trying to get everything else done before those arrive since they'll take a long time to complete.
