There's a good used EV market right now, just don't get suckered into a hybrid unless your use case REALLY demands it.
It's one of those "oh, okay, I get it - never going back (to ICE)..." kind of things once you've done it.
If you can charge at home it's a no-brainer, very compelling even if not.
