Correct me if I'm wrong but on the issue of youth sports HRT guidelines wouldn't be followed. I know that once on HRT for a determined amount of time any competitive advantage is kind of equalized so I'm all for that but high school sports don't require anything like that unless I'm mistaken.

I was a child when I first saw this episode so the weird images are burned into my mind, making this episode a must watch. When I watch season premiers of new trek shows I like to have a mint cake cause of this episode.
