A federal judge has agreed to permanently block the Trump administration from implementing a presidential directive to end federal funding for National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service.
Federal agents arrested more than 3,700 Minnesota residents during the federal government’s surge into the state this winter, according to new data.
It shows fewer than one-quarter of those arrested had a criminal conviction on their record.
