The 'eat less' thing welfare workers do is missing understanding of a crucial thing: mental health issues are usually comorbid with the soul-crushing poverty that is being the underclass of society - houses yet basically living like you're homeless. There is nothing to do *but* eat.

I think that was on purpose for our politicians. How convenient for their réélection this year.
