But today I opened this and noticed a bunch of old friends and Twitter mutuals followed me.

Not gonna lie, it put a smile on my face to see some of you folks still want to remain connected 🥺

I haven't been using this. Mostly because I have been using social media WAY less than I used to. Not Mastodon, much less time on Twitter. It's been good for my mental health.

Half of the people following me on here are former Twitter employees 😂

I noticed that after. Just weird it doesn't sync with the OS. I don't wanna have to manage that per-app, my phone changes theme based on time of day..

I guess my question is, do you feel sad for all the time you spent creating a diverse and open work culture, where women and people of color thrived, where accessibility was honored, a rare gem of the tech industry, and how that was all obliterated in a few months?

Sure felt like you sold us out as employees. People believed you when you said it would be ok. You put Parag in charge, and told us to trust him, and he destroyed the culture of transparency and made promises he ultimately couldn’t keep. Those were some of the worst months of my career.

Seriously?? Thats… embarrassing, tbh. If Jack and team could've learned ONE THING from Twitter should've been that 🤦‍♂️
Also, that'd be grounds for Apple to reject this app. Years ago we had to stop all development at Twitch to add blocking so Apple would let us ship updates.
