Turns out that gathering a few hundred science writers in NC right after this particular election was a Very Good Idea. Adding my huge thanks to all the smart, hard-working volunteers and staff who made it an eye-opening, soul-satisfying, energizing gathering.
All good things *do* come to an end, and so it will be with my time at CASW. I'll be spending 2024 wrapping up my work and remembering the great volunteers, fellows and award winners, projects and conferences, just greatness in general that I've gotten to experience in this role. Thank you!
