i do too! She's freelance. Works in organic vineyards from blossom to wine, takes care of fruit trees etc. Harvests mushrooms, herbs etc in the wild for herself and trade. Also a traveller. i guess some people do it in the u.s too?

She brings the olives to the olive mill and gets the oil, store it for her year, gift some, sell a little (100% organic).
Also for eating them all year long, processed and stored in jars. Harvested mid-oct to mid-dec.

Oh really? i love them too (especially the forest ones) i dm you my very simple recipe 😉.
And the fresh strawberries fragrance ❤️ of course the tiny wild ones you find in the wild are my favourite, but they don't grow here in the south.
