My kids’ school district did 3 hour early release once a month for teacher development. The superintendent now says that because test scores were up this year the program was a success.

Also, to improve upon this success the dates will be moved from Mondays to Wednesdays.

I had assumed that given the Peltzman effect a sharper knife would make me safer. Unfortunately I was constrained by my mental focus capacity.

Brand new very sharp chefs knife. Time to focus my mental energy to avoid cutting myself while cooking.

So of course, I burn myself.

My book came out one year ago.

It was the most fun I’ve had writing professionally.

Thank you so much to everyone that has read it or used it.

Knowing that people are enjoying it makes me so incredibly happy.

Dad jokes are a pedagogical tool.
