Me too! One time on a report card from my 1st grade teacher she wrote that “Michelle likes to practice her social skills” 🤣 I’m 41 now and I still remember that - kind of strengths based way to say I talk a lot 😁

I 2nd this from an OT/neuro perspective! They’ve expended brain energy for 6-7 hours already that day and then to come home and be asked open ended questions to synthesize all the info can be overwhelming! Specific questions can be extremely helpful!

I’ve heard the term “compassion fatigue” and have even experienced it myself. Today I learned the term “compassion satisfaction” which hit with me! Helping others to succeed in their mental health and life goals is so satisfying!
