It was originally supposed to release last season but was buggy so they removed it

Overwatch season 2 keybinding update Hey heroes We're aware of a bug in season 2 that would cause keybinds to break when they had been set for universal keybinds and set for a specific hero on top of it A fix went out on battle net an steam yesterday and one will be coming to consoles in the next few days. Most players bindings should be restored with this fix However if you attempted to fix your custom bindings before the fix went live, some of your settings could be in a broken state and you may need to double check them. We realize this is extra work and apologize for the inconvenience
