A slow gentle walk with #sophiefromromania this morning as I had to keep stopping because of my bad back. But when I got home, I finally managed to get through to a real human being at the hospital and got an appointment! It’s five weeks away but still a huge relief.
Oh goodness 5 weeks is a long time when you are having issues with your back. I wonder if you have a heating pad to lay on for 15 min and then do McKenzie Exercises for your back. This really helps and I 🙏 you get pain relief soon
