And once you've got Sanction at that fantastic price, you can get my genre setup Wild Hunted. ;]
It's modern fantasy. Characters have been in contact with the otherworld in various ways, and while they have weird adventures it's hunting them down.

An excellent game at an excellent price. There are plenty of Genre setups to be had as well, including mine!
Look, you've got it all wrong! You don't need to follow me. You don't need to follow anybody! You've got to think for yourselves! You're all individuals!
Yes! We're all individuals!

Portable to an Agon?
Might also run on a PI with RISCOS?
Use an emulator...
I shall have to check the RISCOS option
I find it interesting that a lot of replies are similar.
Also implying "system doesn't matter", in the sense that the system is less important than the adventure.
(Awaits screeching)
Why play? Because you're running a game.
A more detailed reply is a mix of reasons, in particular;
because the adventure pitch sounds interesting, the rules are of interest, the setting is enjoyable
Psykers say that after spinning them round they can't get you out of their head!
The bundle must humble
He who controls the books, runs the game
I shall not fail to click, for not clicking is the deal missing

Diagram of an investigative “pinboard” system for Cörk Børd, showing a central Nexus pin connected by blue string to multiple pinned photos and icons representing suspects, sites, and situations. Speech bubbles explain that Pins hold leads and evidence accessed through scenes, leads point to new pins, scenes occur once per pin with difficulty tests, and cases are solved by securing enough evidence before clocks or stability run out.
I appreciate the flow of feedback coming in about #CorkBord as people finish reading and gather their thoughts.
It's essential to get fresh eyes and minds on the details, because CB does things a bit different to your typical investigative game to fit the #MorkBorg framework.
Keep it up 😄
"I want my 200gsm pages and lush colour cover dammit!"
Hey at least someone is interested in it.
Traveller? Star Frontiers? Something Y0E? Add setting, profit
A social contract is a good thing
This is Star Wars where Luke died in the trench run

A most excellent thread, pull on it and your jumper is at risk
The Cork Borg logo- each letter of CORK is in a different style, with red pins and threads collecting the letters to a BORD designed to look like cork.
A more serious look at the #CorkBord beta from @paulbaldowski.bsky.social. it's a Mork Borg game of Nordic Noir investigative horror and - spoiler - I think its neat.
The beta is bare bones text and that means you can read it, which is nice 1/-
TTRPG data perverts might be interested in this, Groupfinder just published the top ten games people are actively looking to play on their platform, no surprise at just how crushing DnDs dominance is but the make up of the top ten is kind of interesting (if generally still not too surprising)
Is a GM the same as a Referee?
Because you could argue they are not.
Eg
A Referee is a facilitator who knows the rules, setting and arbitrates stuff. They might act as an antagonist but could be neutral.
A GM, reads the rules and "runs" the game. They normally act as an antagonist to the PCs.
A colourful Easter egg, open half filled with assorted sweets and chocolates, resting on green grass in sunlight.
Glad Påsk!
#CorkBord Beta rules and two investigations available to backers.
Just grabbed the official beta PDF. Now to bolt in the rules to my adventure ideas.

The image is a fantastic piece by Kim Holm. The original has been adapted and "yellowed" up, with a dash of red, for what is likely the first one I will release. Case File Vargdrom, set in northern Sweden 1989
