Exeter lose and we don't, happy days #lofc

I'm just relieved nobody is talking about how I said I bought a house in Clacton, then admitted it was in the name of my girlfriend, Laure Ferrari, even though she couldn't afford £885,000, which conveniently meant I avoided £44,000 in tax.
Please don't share.

It is really the mainstream media, @bylinetimes.bsky.social , @uk.theconversation.com examples of where not. For me the problem is that the BBC carries a lot of the load, I have expectations of it, which it fulfils via documentaries etc, but is failing on the news channel.

He's lost, doesn't know what to do, and has no one to help him.

Always interesting to hear from Nigel, but this time I'm expecting more political answers.

No captain, no coach, no legend, confused manager = Gandler

Following the dismissal of our captain, coach and club legend head of football, along with seemingly leaving a good manager that is struggling to find a way out of our formation and attitude issues with little help, I am for the first time questioning whether Nigel has anything relevant to say.#lofc

Can everyone please stop excusing the US president by saying that he has dementia.

He's always been like this. It's not dementia. He's a deluded, arrogant, nepo baby, chock full of Dunning Kruger degrees of self-belief and deep rooted stupidity and rich and influential enough to get away with it

The international agreements don't include those with autism and other neurodivergencies, it was to the credit of the ECB that it did. When the ECB changed its criteria it removed access to a supportive sporting environment, one that many players are missing.

The first thing to say is that autistic people are disabled and being so can severely impact their ability to play cricket. The second thing is that the ECB used to recognise this and many players, most notably in my experience, females have benefitted greatly from this....

I was in the away end, behind the goal, and heard nothing, so it must have been pretty localised

Yup. Absolutely insane and criminal that we are still dependent on fossil fuels. Future historians will scratch their heads and wonder what the hell everyone was thinking...

And then just conclude that rich people were happy to get richer... and knew that dumb people would go along with it.

Of course it is, and of course it should never have been put in place, and of course the government should be commended for lifting it; they could have done it on day one which would have been a triumph and set the direction for five years of change

This Labour government will be remembered for being forced into this against its natural instinct, the party has proven that it is a better place than the government

Only 13 points off the playoffs #lofc

This is where Labour under Starmer score own goals that were easy to stop; they came in saying they would put a stop to all this only to bow to their financial supporters.

and we need someone that knows the club, employment practice and managing contracts, Martin Ling. But we have decided, against their wishes, that they are surplus to requirements. I have never questioned Nigel but I am now. Is this what a new owner has bought us? #lofc @orientoutlook.bsky.social

Ok so we lost a match against a team chasing promotion by the odd goal. Not the end of the world and not what will get us relegated. But at this stage we need experienced players, even if only at training, Omar Beckles. We need coaches that know what we are trying to achieve, Alan McCormack 1/2
