I keep seeing this as the next domino falling in a chain that started a long time ago. For me, 3 of the most impactful elements are gerrymandering, how most people have to rely on “trusted” sources for info and opinions, and how so many aren’t able to distinguish which actually are trustworthy.
Ah, Jody Lee’s artwork makes me happy. 🥰
(And I might need to re-read multiple Valdemar books again.)
a panelless four step comic of a messily drawn great pyrenees in various stages of rolling in simple leaves. he keeps saying "leaf!" over and over and looks content.
a guide on how to enjoy: LEAF 🍂
I would *never* knowingly upset her. 🥰
This is Just to Say
I was watching
Your woods
As they filled
With snow
And softly
Sweeping wind and flake
Yielded
To horse-bells.
Forgive me.
They were lovely
So dark
And so deep.
Such a good color on your skin. 🥰
It's such a good color for your skin tone!

The Giggle was wonderful. It felt like it ended an era of Doctor Who, the one that started in 2005, and began another. (It still feels like it's the story that began in 1963.)

Animation still of the segment, directed by Jeff Hale, recalling contemporary psychedelic and pop art styles, ornate pinball bumpers, colorful geometrical motifs and whimsical themes and devices inside the machine. Every color is present, and it is otherworldly and familiar all at once. It is bright trippy handdrawn animation that matches perfectly the stanky sound of the song
It is a scientific fact that no song has ever slapped harder than the 1977 Sesame Street funk/jazz Caribbean-infused banger "Pinball Number Count" by Walt Kraemer, Ed Bogas and The Pointer Sisters
"Think not of the books you've bought as a "to be read" pile. Instead, think of your bookcase as a wine cellar. You collect books to be read at the right time, the right place, and the right mood." - Luc van Donkersgoed
This is excellent news! 😍
And we are thankful. 😁
