Telling someone who is already feeling insecure that their identity or sexual orientation “will pass” and isn’t real or permanent only leads to more insecurity and the idea that their own feelings aren’t “real” or true.

If something is “just a phase”, then it’s only relevant in a specific situation/time period. It will pass; eventually, it won’t feel as real or as important as it once did.

I can’t really say, and I don’t like making comparisons like that. Perhaps other Dommes exclusively offer online training without primarily offering in-person sessions. If I only offered online training, things might be different for me too, and I could take on more people at the same time.
