I think it would be the two little black boxes. Looks like one per bulb. If there’s no info visible, the name plate may be on the top. Might need to unscrew it to see.

Oh! The other thing you could consider is upgrading the fixture to LED.

Sounds like that’s your problem. Try taking off the white cover plate and seeing the specs on your ballast - take a picture of it for when you go to the hardware store. Also careful, sometimes the failed ballast will leak black tar.

Was there any flickering or humming preceding the failure? This would be typical of a ballast failure. If it’s the ballast, it will be a black box behind the white cover plate. Replacement balasts can be bought at most hardware stores in the electrical section.
