Got stopped by a train at a crossing today. As it passed, I was treated to tater (potato) soup.

There weren't when I hiked there. Rattlesnakes should be hibernating

When I was a kid, the Consumer Information Catalog came in the mail. I saw this book ntrs.nasa.gov/api/citation... listed and my parents helped me order it.

When it arrived, its contents captivated me all summer. Little did I know how that book would shape the years to come.
