If it was a young women, I might suggest alternatives or pray with her in the foyer not my office. It all depends.

Well assuming that there aren't mitigating circumstances and the details are simply as straightforward as you lay out, you welcome prayer with her.

If there is some reason you can't have her stop by, certainly pray over the phone & schedule a visitation or something.
