We get an annual email on campus in the spring reminding us that nesting Canada geese are dangerous and to give them space. The email even has recordings so we know what the hiss sounds like. 😵💫
I still don't get the random turkeys on the UMN campus. My first visit there I saw them and did a double take. Texted a friend who is a grad and they were like, "Oh yeah...the turkeys," like it was NBD! 🤣
The right to bear arms comes with the responsibility to ensure public safety. As a trauma surgeon & survivor of #GunViolence, I’ve seen firsthand the devastating toll guns can take when used irresponsibly. Protecting lives through common-sense measures doesn’t infringe on rights—it strengthens them.
Just remember, this is the party of small government, personal freedom, keeping the government out of our lives and limiting government overreach. 🤨
