Been trying to watch Dan Snow's series on Egypt.
Is My5 absolutely the worst streaming service on TV? Or is it me?

Thanks for the mention Chris. Watching the Select Committee yesterday reminded me that the primary requirement in a PM is a presence that exudes authority. Thornberry has it in spades, John McDonnell slightly less, and Hilary Benn in his quiet but authoritative way.
Can't see anyone else.
Enjoy hols

Sounds a lot like desperate post hoc rationalisation.

The PL's economic model is not broken - because there is no "economic model" to be broken, just an uncontrolled mess rife with accounting dodges.

Villa sell a venue which only opened last December, making a 200% profit in the process. The buyer? Villa.

No problem. Which is the problem.

To think that De Gaulle was *that* close to send in the tanks and sort out this mafia state back in 1962...

But of course all the usual suspects will look in all the wrong places for explanations that they're comfortable with.

Once had a business trip to Grimsby in a company pool car. Naturally I went to the docks and bought a box of fresh fish, which I did a detour to drop home before returning the car.
The garage spent about 3 days trying to find source of smell and getting rid of it.

Norway refuses to host Russian and Belarusian swimmers The decision marks a deepening rift within the international swimming community.

Norway will not host international swimming championships while Russian and Belarusian athletes are allowed to compete under their national flags and anthems, after World Aquatics lifted restrictions. The move follows a similar stance taken by Poland, with Oslo now seeking wider Nordic support.

I'm just relieved nobody is talking about how I said I bought a house in Clacton, then admitted it was in the name of my girlfriend, Laure Ferrari, even though she couldn't afford £885,000, which conveniently meant I avoided £44,000 in tax.
Please don't share.

Not as poor as Robbins if he approved Mandelson. 🤪

It's probably me but...
His reference to the clear red lines from the UKSV as 'borderline', which therefore allowed him to overrule them, was a clear twisting of reality.
A Jesuit would have been proud of him!

Not sure i agree. His explanations seemed specious and contrived, so some water company will probably sign him up.
This morning was 2 hours of 'Gissa job'.
