The process never began & the measure remains unchanged.
They must now commit to updating the Measure.

I am in awe of the community spirit that's delivered this massive clean up operation. The rugby community and Blackwood residents should be proud of what has been achieved in a short space of time.
Another sad day for 'Music City' as The Moon Cardiff announces it's closing. I for one am glad the politicians marched down the street for a photo op and then did absolutely nothing to grow the music scene.
