I don't feel like myself lately.. I don't know if I like this change.. What curse has befallen upon me?

I missed the bat appreciation day 😭

One day I just tried boiling it in salt water and I've been eating chicken like that ever since.

Is it easy to make? Yes.

Is it delicious? Absolutely.

Do I eat it everyday? Kind of.

Am I happy? Yes.

Did I lose weight? Slowly or not gaining any.

I know no one asks but I just want to say I'm proud that I've been eating boiled chicken thigh for dinner.

I used to love fried chicken but they don't have it here so I can only make it myself. Turns out I didn't like the crunch, I just love the chicken that much.
