My current apartment lease was around 80 pages, so these long documents might just be standard for buildings with big property management companies 😬

My boyfriend and I are moving to a new apartment in NYC, and I thought our first apartment here was nuts with their application/leasing process, but this new place has ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR PAGES (104) in the lease!!! Anyway, signing away my rights to who knows what for a new apartment now 🤷‍♀️
