A reference sheet for Psydee, a waddle dee wearing a top hat and a slightly tattered cloak. His body is orange and beige, while his shoes and ribbon on his hat are both bright teal. A yellow gem holds together his cloak. Psydee, the Turncoat Psychic, is a calm and cunning Waddle Dee with psychic powers, such as projecting energy bubbles, and using telepathy, psychokinesis, and levitation. But because of an incident in his past, there's seemingly no way for his powers to grow to their full potential. Psydee betrayed Digit and his friends to obtain more power to circumvent this, but in the process ended up getting possessed by something, of which nobody knows what, resulting in Digit having to save him. Psydee meditates to keep what power he has left from fading away. He like to read novels, and is always tired, but hides this from the people around him.

I will NOT forget to post more art later this month

Psydee here is one of my older characters (as evidenced by the rather uninspired name), but he's probably one of my favorites. He's very calm and calculated, but has heavy emotional baggage he can't shake.

A reference sheet for Chroma, a mostly cyan squid whose other body parts are different vibrant colors. He has six tentacles--two long arm-like tentacles (pink and lime), and four rather short leg-like tentacles (blue, green, purple, and yellow). His mantle and fins are orange, dotted with various white spots. Chroma, 'The Shy Navigator', is a rather timid Squishy who was born multicolored, which also affects the color of his ink. He spits this ink from his mouth (under his tentacles), and actually uses it alongside ink in painting, being a hobbyist artist. Chroma also has a sketchbook, though it hasn't been used in some time. Chroma is very skilled at swimming...and also running away.

Is April Fool's over? Can I leave my bunker now? Phew!

This new refsheet is for Chroma, a multicolored Squishy. He's shy and often (literally) runs away from his problems, but is also very good at navigation and a hobbyist artist.

This is the 2-years-later part after Digit mysteriously reappears (once again out of his control)--Digit's found himself fighting a Dyna Blade he didn't want to fight, and Sparrow, who just so happened to be on the same mountain, noticed the battle going on. She's gonna cry so much

A reference sheet for Sparrow, a purple bird with a red backwards cap. The tips of her wings, along with some feathers poking through the cap and her shoes, are periwinkle blue. Her beak is a bright yellow and she has amber-colored eyes. There is a wing patch on the back of her cap, which she got from a good friend. Sparrow, "The Sky-High Explorer", is a unique and very energetic Birdon who has been Digit's best friend ever since they were in grade school. Sparrow's best two abilities are flying fast and far, and flapping her wings to blow strong winds. She teaches piloting and flight courses in her own flight school--part of the reason why is because she talks so much that she's a certified yapper.

Well, I haven't posted a character refsheet in a while. That changes today!

This is Sparrow, an energetic Birdon who's talented at flight and blowing wind gusts. No matter the challenge, she'll be down to tackle it wings-first!

also Aggron is one of my new favorite Pokémon and I have only Z-A to blame

I do think the bosses were both challenging and fun, and the final boss was pretty cool even if I don't think it hit the same highs as the base game final boss (enjoyers of the specific Pokémon may love it though).

So overall? Not as good as base game, but I think I still had a good time with it

But also without much of a guaranteed way to determine what specific perks your donuts get, you kinda just have to roll your berries until you get something that barely works. It wasn't that bad when this mechanic was optional in Sc/Vi's sandwiches, but now that it's mandatory it feels pretty harsh

There were lots of tough fights too (Honorable mention: wiping to a Lv.99 alpha Annihilape (y'know, That One)) so it also felt engaging. But as for the distortions...well, they straight up don't tell you higher-star distortions drain your timer faster, so that felt offputting for me.

So compared to the main story, I actually don't like it as much? I'm sorta neutral on it, actually?? I think the best part about it is how many EXP candies they give you, so you can quite literally take a Pokémon you just caught and put it on par with the rest of your team pretty easily

A reference sheet for Jet, a missile-shaped android that also bears a resemblance to a fighter jet plane. They have fuel tanks on their back to mimic a jetpack, and their face has a digital screen to display their eyes. Jet's main chassis is blue, with yellow faceplates and feet, red stripes on their fins, and a white muzzle and hands. Jet, "The Armed Intelligence", is a sentient android who has various features that make it skilled in exploration and combat. This includes various missiles, strong jet engines, and the ability to provide a detailed analysis on nearly anything. Jet was updated from a prototype Mk.I version, which used to be non-sentient. Now that Jet can think for themself, they're trying to figure out themself and how life works.

Another character whose ref sheet I redid, Jet!

A modified Capsule J2, Jet has many features to make them a skilled explorer. Most important is their sentient hardware, letting them have their own personality! They're still working on actually having one, though.

A reference sheet for Digit, a plug-shaped creature. His main body is dark gray with green prongs, eyes, and feet. Digit, "The Reborn Code of the Multiverse", has a body made of source code, which lets him manipulate the world in various ways. Digit's abilities are limited though, because if he tries to do something too powerful, he passes out. Digit is very kind and likes to make friends! He loves pretty much everyone unconditionally. Apparently, Digit used to have a different form before becoming source code, but he doesn't remember it. Strange...

And here's my first art of the year--a new and improved ref sheet for one of my Kirby fan characters, Digit!
Digit is a Plugg whose body is made of source code, a mysterious material. Digit can use that code to do cool things!
