It’s hard to see where you went wrong and might even tunnel vision on what you think you deserve. Stop obsessing over the situation and really appreciate that they were there. Don’t make it awful than the incident needed to be.

I was more worried about myself and the lack of support I thought I had. True friends tend to remind you of the situation you don’t see. They are able to see both sides, and are able to tell you where you went wrong, and stick by you as much as possible.
