- I’m only in the gym like 3-4 times a week. Most of the time, I’m actually in yoga. My mental health matters just as much as my physical- and yoga is a perfect balance of the two. I’m still active, but learning to calm the mind in alternative ways outside of just sweaty suffering for 2 hours lmao

-I lost 4-5 pounds by cutting out fast food. I wasn’t super strict about any kind of particular diet during this 40 days. Ate occasional sweet treats. Didn’t count cals super strictly. Just lived and let things be.

I just found out a lot of store-brand stuff is more likely to be manufactured on shared equipment- meaning if you have allergies it’s a solid chance it could be contaminated😭
- can wreck my stomach and send me into a flare up if I’m not careful. Gotta love chronic illness 🫠
My long term goal is to find balance that improves my overall health + allows me to remain an active adult. and a fat ass 🍑😳
- I need to see a nutritionist at this point. I have too many contradictions within my body and it’s to a point where I just need to suck it up + ask for help.
Diets that are good for my stomach, don’t help me reach my fitness goals of muscle growth, and vise versa- high fiber + high protein —>
- it beings me a sense of clarity and awareness. Whether it’s a random ache in my body I didn’t know about, or me having a day where Im overthinking, yoga helps with my overall peace of mind. I’m trying to do it at least 2x a week lately.

-I work out a minimum of 3 times a week lately. I do one arm + one leg day. I would like to transition to weights 3 days a week in the near future.

Gave up fast food + eating out for lent. 4/10 difficulty for me. Mainly just learning to eat before I go out + plan ahead a tiny bit more. Cravings were actually pretty minimal, however this didn’t make too much of a difference on my chronic tummy issues and the frequency of my flareups -
