I feel as though that tile in, say, a shower, would make you feel like you were in the Amazon jungle (only without snakes and bugs), plus YOU are in charge of the heat.

So exciting!! I love renovation, mostly other peoples' renovation, but I love any reason to look at tile and paint colors.
PS don't mind me as I horn my way in to your home decor. I just get very excited about renovation.
Pick! Confident in the knowledge that they are all winners. OR...get samples of each and, when you are confident of the light in the house, choose which looks best in that light.
I looked them up! I think I might love the Alligator Green (and green is not among my favorite colors, but this is SO RICH), as well as the Little Italy, which seems to have a bit of color variation which really livens it up! All are gorgeous, gorgeous.
Where do we stand on idli and sambar? Breakfast of champions, or the food of desperation? (I like it, myself)
Might be Alien, if this time I could *not* have a massive coughing fit after That Scene; but I have such a soft spot for Local Hero...this is a tough one!

we've noticed and i'm glad he's getting help
She gives as good as (or better than) she gets - everyone is cautious around her, including humans. One minute the most loving happy girl, the next minute she's all "WATCH IT, I WILL CUT A BITCH". I love her so much.
Oh, absolutely. ARTIE.
A gray & white kitty with a scratch on her nose.
Well, she wouldn't be Scarface Susie Brown without a scar...
Already cleaned it, much to her annoyance.
A tuxedo cat drinks water from a kitchen faucet as if he didn't already have two large bowls of still water and access to two fountains.
Slowly, the lion - king of his particular jungle - approached the last watering hole and cautiously (yet bravely) lapped his fill.
A depiction of a reddish-blond haired little boy staring intently at an ant farm.
My deepest apologies for my psyche, because this is the first thing I thought of as I read both your description, and the article...and the Wikipedia entry.
Wait. Yours has that ringed tail, and spots near the hindquarters, so ... maybe?
This is an interesting read! The answer might be "yes! Sort of!"

I just looked at way too many images of Scottish wildcats, and your guy there looks more domestic (and perturbed) than not, so I think tabby, emphasis on 'think'.
You could - perhaps - try talking to her like SHE'S a person, instead of a position you've (1) misunderstood, and (2) subsequently railed against. Food for thought.
It's the "Absolute Zero" of sought outcome.
I definitely need to lol more often. One forgets how.
I almost never literally lol, not until just now.
The fact that Mamdani just seems like a cheerful normal guy who's policies are things like "we're going to tax second homes to fund pothole repairs" or whatever and yet this generates panicked responses like "This is basically Stalin's great purge turned up to eleven" is... telling. It tells things.
Holy moley, it's so clear, it's astonishing

I want it to be like the scene in "Becket", with the doomiest voice Mr Burton could summon, and the scatter-clatter of falling candles. I want dramatic finality.
To this, my grandmother would no doubt add "well people in hell want ice water..."
I glided right over that, didn't even notice!
I just love it that JD, a relatively newly-minted Catholic, is lecturing the Pope on theology. His complete lack of self-awareness is astonishing, but well in keeping with his party.
The Last Supper.
"I'd like to gavel in today's board meeting of the American Medical Association...."
Oh, Rose.
A movie poster for the 1970 film "A Man Called Horse" - it features a really weird and somewhat distorted picture of a bare-chested Richard Harris gazing soulfully into to the distance, with a superimposed imaged of a group of indigenous people (plus Richard Harris) carry what looks like either a buffalo or a buffalo robe-wrapped body through grassland.
I had no business watching this.
I hope she brings the young'uns by for a visit, once they're born.
