I find life changing statements in the strangest places.

Idk if it makes any sense but anxiety and depression for me feels like Silent Hill. It comes and goes in waves of a fog that causes my mind to go into chaos, but it always seems to go away. I just wish I had advice or a way to make it go away forever.
