I’m not in France only to enjoy the baguettes, fromage or du vin, but also to do my fieldwork, maintain collaborations, and share my research findings with others. I had a great time today at Nanterre thanks to @cbadea.bsky.social after having lunch at the VIP salon and petting sheep eating grass :)

Self-affirmation techniques do not appear to be effective in reducing these negative attitudes.
The study shows that individuals who support the new form of secularism (i.e., laws that restrict religious practice to the private sphere) tend to hold stronger prejudices toward religious groups, particularly Muslims. @seguimon1.bsky.social

A scientific paper is a necessary but not sufficient summary of the scientific research. Fully reporting your work means making data (or anonymized summaries) and the analysis code that produces all results in the paper transparently available.
I have made some additions to my preprint "When and How to Deviate from a Preregistration" osf.io/preprints/ps... and submitted it to Collabra: Psychology. If you are reporting a preregistered study, and you find yourself in need to report a deviation, I hope it offers some guidance.
Very happy to announce a new paper with Lara Ditrich & Guy Roth. We found that the correlation between integrative emotion regulation and sympathy for suffering outgroup members is independent of anger-provoking behavior by other outgroup members 1/n
