Since my last day at Snowflake, I've been on a civic duty speed-run. I became a U.S. citizen, went canvassing door-to-door in Phoenix and Reno, voted for the first time, and just this week: jury duty.

- No engineers to keep the systems working.
- Management not paying their GCP bills.
