Of course, I've come to this with my own bias. My job's reliant on cinema doing well. But primarily, I like "good" films and dislike bad ones. I'd prefer more good to be out there. But also, I'd like a job please. x

People tend to dismiss films like this as, well it's crap, or it's just using IP in a poor, non creative or interesting or "good" way. And again, all that can/is true as well. But! The value of a film can extend beyond that. But yes, it's not a critics place to point that out.

I don't disagree with any of that, but also, this and the next one were/will be hugely responsible for maintaining the existence of cinema. It's not just what it is/isn't, it's what else it supports.
