I enjoy that it gives us additional behind the scenes insight you can't get from the traditional coverage, but it's definitely a supplement and not enough on its own.

I finally got to the Drive to Survive episode where they cover Singapore, and I cannot believe they completely ignored "it's on purpose." Super clever strategy by Carlos that led to the only non-Red Bull victory of the year and Netflix decides to skip it for random Italian people comments? Come ON.
Sending me rude chats because I didn't respond to your email yet is... Not gonna make me want to respond to your email any faster.
I mean... Blue check marks gonna blue check mark
Something something attorney client right?
Was chatting with someone on the sidelines of a soccer game and we awkwardly discovered they work for a vendor pitching to my company. Thankfully we both immediately pivoted away because no one reasonable wants to talk about vendor negotiations on the sidelines of a soccer game...
Biz 5 minutes later: the contract is held up because Legal still hasn't signed off
They have not published a transparency report since they were acquired by Muskmelon, so... I'm going to bet not.
One thing I wondered about - do they usually use barristers for internal investigations over in the UK? I guess I expected it would be a solicitor but heaven knows I don't understand their employment law system at all.
Given how much Red Bull has ignored for years you have to wonder how bad this was for them to actually do something...
There are two categories of people: those whose bodies crash immediately and those whose crash later. But everybody crashes at some point after extended stress. Needing rest is a normal, healthy thing that we are bad at giving ourselves.
That's simultaneously impressive and horrifying. Femurs are hard to break!!
You should get a "Worst Parent Ever" t-shirt made and wear it with pride. For too many adolescents the answer to the question, "Would you jump off a bridge just because your friends were doing it?" is "yeah!" ๐ฌ
Rewatching Drive to Survive and did not realize how different this was going to be after watching almost an entire season of F1. The fake commentary is *really* jarring now...
I'm watching as a bunch of people online find out that someone I've known professionally for years is actually pretty terrible, and this is one of my favorite flavors of schadenfreude.
Gas-powered leaf blowers are noisy polluters that should be banned. Period.
Verstappen is really trying to seek out new depths of dirtbaggery. I'm trying to imagine being that obnoxiously privileged and thankfully failing.
So uh... Who won?
Presumably you may need to stop petting him briefly to feed him.
I have horrifyingly realized that 90s and 2ks days are the equivalent of when Millennials did 70s and 80s days in school and my brain can't handle it.
Seeing all these truck ads during the game and I have to ask... Are pickup owners ok? Because if anyone actually has that much of their identity tied up in their vehicle, I have concerns.
It's a well-known extension of the doctrine of absurdity. If someone in the business thinks that a law's meaning is absurd, that can't be what the law means. And any law that would prevent them from doing exactly what they want is of course absurd.
Children also famously never pull their hand out of an adult's grasp. It's almost like there's a reason that the rule is that cars must always yield to pedestrians ๐ค
It's amazing how often I have to explain to someone that they still have to follow the law even if they think that law is ridiculous. Like, sorry you don't think what you want to do should be in-scope, but it is, soooooooo
I asked the same thing to my DEI person... They didn't have a good answer.
Reminds me of the law firm bio I saw that claimed "more than 30 years of HIPAA experience."
It turns out that being rude to your lawyer does not get you an answer any faster and does not increase your odds of getting you the answer you want. Being rude to a non-attorney on the team because you didn't get the answer you wanted from the attorney *really* doesn't help.
Oooh, you should definitely get some to try! It is *so* good.
There's so much to mock! The self-aggrandizement, the COVID denialism, the other ridiculous nonsense that comes out of his mouth... And then getting injured in the first few minutes of the game he's been hyping as his big return. It's just chef's kiss.
I really want this app to fully replace the other one, but imma really need y'all to step up your Rodgers roasting game On Here.
