I find it totally unacceptable that it’s been four months (to the day yesterday) since my husband died and I *STILL* have not received the official death certificate from Ontario. Talk about inefficiency and unnecessary cruelty to bereaved families.

Ugh. I hear you. At the pharmacy yesterday a woman in the shampoo aisle was obv sick as a dog (snotty, coughing up a lung, feverish etc). Her hacking was so bad I inadvertently muttered “JC, lady” & moved away - to which another woman walking by burst out laughing with a knowing look

Yeah, it’s been utter madness. In the last 3 wks our house almost burned down, 7lb doggie was attacked at park, CEV LO became palliative, cadaver found a stone’s throw from house - not to mention the nightmare of the US election. It’s like the world is off it’s axis 😬

Been an intense 3 days. Weirdest part was waking up yesterday to find cop cars all over my street after a dead body was discovered circa 50 feet from our house at the ravine/park entrance.
