LBIII is now №13
Posts by The Bears Junkie
I'm watching...
• Philly: AJ Dillon (less likely) and Montrell Johnson Jr
• Jax: Travis Etienne Jr. / Tank Bigsby (trade)
Ravens: Rasheen Ali
Seattle Seahawks: Kenneth Walker III (trade), George Holani, Damien Martinez* and Jacardia Wright
Or they just keep Brittain Brown.
Ah, yes. Where Republican Jesus is a capitalist who kicks the homeless while they're down.
Republican Jesus uses capitalism to hoard bread and tell the downtrodden to pick themselves up by their boot straps — an impossible task If you actually think about it.
Walker needs more flowers.
Idk if he's been doing any 3th phase work, specifically on coverage/blocking bc I know he's not a return guy.
I want him behind Odunze at X.
X → Rome, Walker
Slot → OZ, Duvernay
Z → DJ, LBIII
Those are my 6.
I can tell they like Alexander, but idk.
I didn't catch if he was/wasn't in.
I noticed him on the sidelines in street clothes, but the starters stripped their gear quickly after they finish playing.
If Jackson was out, who was in?
Newman was at LG... Bates at RG?
I know Bates has been the №2 C.
To be fair, Joe Thuney wasn't playing. I suspect the difference in OL play with him in there vs rookie Luke Newman woulf help vs Chris Jones.
What does Tyson winning the QB2 job mean for Keenum?
Would Keenum be reduced to QB3? Would the team keep 3 QBs?
Question, is sharing this at all the best indicator of what makes a good QB2?
I understand it's a solid statline and it's a good indicator of his command of the offense.
How do you compare that to the job Keenum has done? He has years of experience assisting the starting QB in the QB2 role.
The Bagent stuff is absolutely overblown, but — to be fair — he's shown more than just preseason 3rd string/practice squad player stuff.
Bagent is a legit backup in the league. Fales was ... Well, you nailed it.
Curious, who was the 3rd team OL?
I know Kiran Amegadjie was at LT. I believe I saw Ricky Stromberg at C.
Did Doug Kramer receive any action? Im curious if he got any work at guard. If he's a center only, he will continue to struggle to make a roster.
I appreciate the share!
I argue he missed Smythe during his high quality 16 play 79yd drive.
He averaged 5.4yd/att and shouldn't get a 🤷🏼♂️ for his interception.
I'm just saying, we might be trying to build a trade market, but I don't think it exists.

Am I the only person that wasnt wow'd by Bagent today?
Like, he looked every bit the high level backup we know he is but he didn't pop starting quality stuff.
He missed Loveland to start the game, he missed LB3 on a slant the next drive. He had some easy screen passes to Duvernay to get goin.

Do we think Luther is gonna keep 87? I could see him switching before the season/after cuts.
I don't care about the Caleb/Bears pre-draft "beef"
It's old news. I said then he'll get over it. He'll either sink or swim, talent overcomes.
Poles said, "Suck it up buttercup, you're a Bear."
Now, Caleb has the sway he needs, got his HC and all is well.
Cole makes sense around midseason if the team is phasing him out and Loveland is taking the necessary steps forward.
DJ's contract doesn't really make sense.
Santos doesn't make sense to trade either. Teams will likely wait to see what K Chicago goes with and if Cairo does make the cut, then… 🤷🏼♂️
I dont hate Cole, I super appreciate him…
That said, Loveland is going to ascend quickly, he can do things Kmet cant.
My worry with Cole, how will he react if Poles ask him to take a pay cut in the form of an extension? He's only locked in this season then he's cuttable.
Dont want it, just see it
Chubb. I don't believe they *need* him, but should ar least give him a tryout.
Sure, but either way I would have to enter something in for search terms bc I still don't know who he is. 🤷🏼♂️
The only people losing out are the vision impaired.
I suspect he'll be a player we slides draft night.
I totally understand your POV, but unfortunately I think the ask is too much for a casual post.
You'll just have to search,"Nebraska Tightend 2025 NFL Draft" or something similar to find out.

Cam Jordan might have become my favorite non-Bears defensive end after this discussion.

Who?
Danny Parkins
Mainly, this clown had egg in his face
I was happy about that.
18 is a good number. Plus I got to witness all those people taht tried to get ahead of the jersey number selection making fools of themselves.
Correct. Obviously a trade down is no guarantee to grab any player but i hope he'd be available.

If you're pure evil, would you know it?
I'm asking you specifically bc you're dishonest and disrespectful behavior paints you as evil so I'm curious if you realize it or simply ignorant to it.
You know, the last time someone attempted a Hail Mary against the Bears … actually, never mind.
