I think the attenuated viral strain still would be significantly safer for weakened patients vs the WT virus. I found a paper showing the LAMV strain doesn't disrupt IFNα secretion like the WT strain and therefore causes a more robust innate response: shorturl.at/7CjnY

I think absolute lymphocytes/CBC with auto diff would be fine. The 4 and 8 ratio can vary significantly and as long as someone isn't long term immunosuppressed there shouldn't be too much of a risk. Plus flow antibodies are crazy expensive and insurance likely wouldn't cover this for most people.
