Also, it’s ok to start with a vocalization of intent. That is still a solid first step.

I want to be more helpful to the world around me. I’m haven’t figured out how that will manifest but I want to be a force for good. I can’t sit by and watch so much negativity and do nothing to try to balance that out. It’s probably bad for a lot of us to perpetuate a feeling of helplessness.
