14-th is still acceptable of course, just consider that 13-th will likely live longer and cost cheaper and cool better.
If 13700K is still available - it's more reasonable than going for 14-th gen which is hotter and less stable and you can get the same giving up the ghost bug. Or 13900KS if you're lookingfor the threaded performance. There isn't much difference, 14-th is basically a hotter 13-th with extra e-cores.
