Trying to read more fiction to escape the horrors.
Oh this is a thinly-veiled, distant world analogy for the horrors.
So many kids on the UniUK subreddit worried about the future of computer science qualifications becoming less valuable because of AI… it’s going to be more important than ever that someone can fix this shit! Please learn to code, children!

‘With increasing clarity, I realized that the very revolution promising to bring everyone a better future was instead, for the people on the margins of society, reviving the darkest remnants of the past.’ 🎯

So much of ‘AI education’ I’ve witnessed makes it clear how much *extra work* you have to put in to make the output true/reliable/safe… it’s almost like just not using it in the first place is more efficient! Who woulda thunk?!
I just bought a new electric toothbrush and it has its own app for some reason Luckily it works without the app (can you imagine), but still who asked for that?!
Cheese and book delivery?! You know how to live, Sir 👏👏👏

We de-extincted dire wolves. Be honest. We created a dire wolf. Be honest. It's a genetically modified puppy dog. Thank you.
A lot of "post-left" personalities like Brand claim they were pushed away from the left but were in fact drawn to the right as a means of escaping accountability for their own actions
Oh my god they literally confused it with Norfolk

The bubble has been bubbling for a few quarters now.
Is there a word for pumping as much air into a catastrophic bubble right before it's about to deflate? Because that's what's happening right now.
‘Crossover’… I see what you did there 💯 👏
Catching up on Mystery AI Hype Theater 3000 and Stef Mainey is mentioned?! Worlds colliding in the best way 😍 Hello from London Roller Derby @alexhanna.bsky.social!
