Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Diogo Jota.
Such awful, awful news.

Congratulations to Billy Gilmour, a Serie A CHAMPION in his first season with Napoli 👏 #BHAFC
Yeah, it’s been so depressing to watch. Less and less employment for us, more and more money for the billionaires. Eroding the tax base too to make our governments too poor to care for us. Makes it even worse they’re using our own work against us.
@swiftenburg.bsky.social asks if Albion have a racism problem, and @motski.bsky.social l celebrates THAT Mitoma goal.

Good to see Bart Verbruggen answer some of his critics with a point-earning performance for Brighton against Newcastle United which put him top of the player ratings
If he keeps playing like that over the final three matches, #BHAFC could yet sneak that Europa Conference place

Yup, that’s right.
Chase Reform.
Legitimise them.
Punch down.

Abandon values.
Lose elections to Reform.

Midfielder playing out-of-position at centre back scores 93rd minute winner with rocket from 30 yards 🚀
Not a bad afternoon for Carlos Baleba as Brighton beat West Ham 3-2 in an epic comeback at the Amex #BHAFC 👇
Solly March on his fitness (possible effects on Yankuba Minteh's xMins):
"I thought I gave my all.
"I think it is easier to start games than to come on.
"It is hard to get to the pace of the game with half an hour left.
"Everyone is on a level playing field from the first minute.
Wieffer was played out of position and had some rocky moments but played better than most yesterday 🤷♂️
Brighton fans audibly singing "You don't know what you're doing" at the manager whilst Tony Bloom sits slap bang in the middle of the away end will go down as an iconic moment in #BHAFC history
My probably insane answer to the defensive problem… play Baleba and Wieffer either side of JPVH, with one staying back when the other joins the midfield to help/start attacks.
There’s a lot of religious folks in football, loads of players always thanking god, so I wouldn’t be bothered unless it’s some really toxic Christianity that’s very discriminatory
Someone I follow reckons we should try and get Marco Rose, but I don’t know enough about him to be honest.
I think if Enciso never got injured and he’d had one or two more signings to replace Colwill, Caicedo and Mac Allister, that season wouldn’t have gone downhill.
Not saying Brighton 2-2 Leicester was bad or anything... but Carlos Baleba topped the player ratings as a midfielder playing out of position at centre back against a team who last scored a Premier League goal four months ago 😅 #BHAFC
Pretty much sums up my thoughts exactly

This article makes Saturday’s result even more painful!
Played well under Slot and does well for the national team. Seems odd, could be a flop, but we haven’t seen enough of him.
We can’t keep giving him 10 minute cameos and expect him to find his place, he needs proper minutes.
I think he’s a talented young coach, but I don’t think he should be in charge of such a young squad in need of guidance and experience. Surely a manager of Glasner’s pedigree would be achievable? Or Iraola? Clubs that were in worse shape than us have attracted more celebrated and seasoned managers.
Wieffer was ignored and instead we had a huge hole where the midfield should be as we seemingly looked to catch Leicester on the break. Baleba admitted he didn’t know he was playing CB until that morning, how does that happen!? Surely the team should have been better prepared.
Missing those chances is on the players… however, at 60 mins the game started to slip away from us and he didn’t seem to have a clue how to get us back into it against a poor Leicester side. Instead of wrestling back control of the midfield to create chances, he abandoned it and played long ball.
Think maybe he gave them time off and then panicked when they got back?
Also, if Baleba is moving into defence, this would have been the perfect game to bring in Wieffer. We AGAIN abandoned the midfield, on 60 mins it was clear Leicester were getting a grip on the game and I couldn’t believe he didn’t bring him on then.
I’d have thought if the plan was for him to play centre back, he’d have spent the week preparing to play there, not being surprised on the morning of the game…
