Totally agree. I would say in JRS Guessand Esse Franca pino we did buy that type……..problem is they are lower champ level (Guessand lower prem level) so aren’t a help to us

Glasnerball has officially run its course. It did bring great success but it has now drilled out any individuality out of the players. Everything is so precise there is no flair no one to commit players no mavericks to break down teams we never look like scoring in open play let alone set pieces.

VAR is run by the very same ref’s who have always had big team bias.

No movement no penetration no counter attack threat. That was staples of the system. For whatever reason it’s not working anymore. To me players just don’t look like they believe in it.

Dreadful performance but a win is a win & vital 3 points. I thought OG would go after Thursday even if we won today & then. I genuinely don’t see him being hear Thursday. Players look like they don’t believe the system anymore.

That is the one thing I always said about Pulis. He came in saw the players we had & developed a system to get the best out of them. Now Pulis wasn’t a top top manager but he knew how to get best out of what he had.

OG saying he can’t get the new players to play well enough in his preferred system. Call me naive but why doesn’t he then tweak system/tactics to suit the players at his disposal. A top top manager adjust things to get best out of his players.

Whoever takes charge we desperately need some change of style. The robotic style of OG has run its course. The players need a bit more freedom. We have the tools I think they need to be free to express more.

There’s is a window of nearly a month without a game soon which gives whoever in charge chance to implement style. Would option A join before summer who knows. Difficult choices to make. Frank is the curveball we probably didn’t expect. I can see that happening……..

My personal thoughts with zero insider knowledge. OG should have gone. I understand not getting rid day before a game. I think he goes after Thursday irrelevant if we win both. Is original option A available before summer? Probably not. Frank getting sacked brings another name into the frame……..
