It was quite a bit of fun. With every episode being done in just one take, mistakes and laughing etc were all kept in, just to add to the 'live' feel of things.

I know it was distributed through our private Facebook group at the time. Will see if we can dig it out.

Watching 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' this evening and I'm reminded of when the UNE Archaeology Society did a regular 1940s radio play type version during the pandemic. I briefly voiced John Rhys-Davies's character, Sallah.

It's big, about 10km across (roughly derived from scale).

Today's historic pic: Exactly 40 years ago today, after completing its afternoon run from Sydney, the Riverina XPT shunts from the station to a stabling siding at Albury, NSW, December 21 1985. The Riverina XPT last ran in 1994, but since then, daylight XPTs have run through from Sydney to Melbourne

Unfortunately my B-24D has fallen behind after the kids' school closed unexpectedly. Still hoping to complete it over the summer.

Is the ADF-Serials website still running?
I've been receiving various errors for months now, while those pages I can access appear to be years old.
I was under the impression that an MoU had been signed between the website organisers and the ADF, so I'm a tad concerned about future citations etc.

Another paper completed and just about ready to be sent to a journal for potential publication in 2026 or 2027. This one has been in the works for almost 5 years and includes known details about the loss of an Empire Flying Boat and an Avro Anson.

Why is it that when someone calls a dog a fur baby it's considered cute, but when I call a baby a skin dog I'm the weird one?!
