So excited πŸ₯Ή

My agent literally implement worker logic with locks etc without using a db transaction, so my first test that had an error made the whole logic fail as that job was now locked and would never be released πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Sometimes they're soo surprisingly capable & then making the dumbest mistakes.

Job safe πŸ’πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Kind of sad I was so excited about Tauri with desktop and mobile support but hearing about those difficulties makes it harder to justify adoption

LLMs can do 90% of the work, leaving only the final 90% to the developers

Also Helmut Kohl slowed internet development down significantly when he was in charge 😫

Don't remember details and too tired to look right now πŸ₯Έ

This is how (low orbit) satellite internet should've been built as well instead of allowing one company (Starlink) to kinda control it all and then multiple competitors to launch their own infra unnecessarily polluting space etc πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Pretty disappointed by Germany

Isn't wasm<->dom cos js "bridge" still slower than JS?

You touched on it a little bit, I hear people switching back to Electron to avoid the inconsistencies of platform webviews 😬

Why we replaced Node.js with Bun for 5x throughput | Trigger.dev How we took our warm start service from 2,099 req/s on Node + SQLite to 10,700 req/s on a compiled Bun binary, and found a subtle memory leak that only exists in Bun's HTTP model.

Only thing I fear is that I consider migrating our codebase to @effect-ts.bsky.social ones v4 is stable and then maybe "having" to migrate to their Schema because of Decoding and Requirements, tho not yet sure how well @valibot.dev would play with Effect actually, so there's still hope πŸ₯Ή

Moving packages to a monorepo is great... until you hit the GitHub Releases page. 🫠

Come on @github, it's 2026! We need real workspace support:
🏷️ Mark MULTIPLE packages as latest
πŸ”„ Better sorting for tags/releases (save us from the alphanumeric inferno πŸ”₯)

It is true that Proton is located in Switzerland and responded to a legal request from the Swiss authorities. But it is also true that most people do not know what an MLAT is and there is a widespread misunderstanding that using Proton will protect your account from US govt requests.

Three browser window illustrations show changes before and after a modal opens, highlighting scrollbar behavior and layout shifts.

Ever noticed how your entire page shifts when you open a modal?

That's not a bug, that's a missing CSS property.
