So excited π₯Ή

My agent literally implement worker logic with locks etc without using a db transaction, so my first test that had an error made the whole logic fail as that job was now locked and would never be released π€¦π»ββοΈ
Sometimes they're soo surprisingly capable & then making the dumbest mistakes.
Job safe ππ»ββοΈ
Kind of sad I was so excited about Tauri with desktop and mobile support but hearing about those difficulties makes it harder to justify adoption
Thank you, great data point, really appreciated π π₯°
LLMs can do 90% of the work, leaving only the final 90% to the developers

Also Helmut Kohl slowed internet development down significantly when he was in charge π«
Don't remember details and too tired to look right now π₯Έ
This is how (low orbit) satellite internet should've been built as well instead of allowing one company (Starlink) to kinda control it all and then multiple competitors to launch their own infra unnecessarily polluting space etc π€¦π»ββοΈ
Pretty disappointed by Germany
Isn't wasm<->dom cos js "bridge" still slower than JS?
You touched on it a little bit, I hear people switching back to Electron to avoid the inconsistencies of platform webviews π¬
Might be interesting to cover in this or next issue

Why We Replaced Node.js With Bun for 5Γ Throughput, by @triggerdev.bsky.social:

#nodejs #bun #migrating
I see, makes sense ππ»ββοΈ
And thanks for getting back π₯°
Only thing I fear is that I consider migrating our codebase to @effect-ts.bsky.social ones v4 is stable and then maybe "having" to migrate to their Schema because of Decoding and Requirements, tho not yet sure how well @valibot.dev would play with Effect actually, so there's still hope π₯Ή
Nothing @bunny.net ? π°
Completely switched all schemas from Zod to Valibot like a year ago and never looked back π₯
Moving packages to a monorepo is great... until you hit the GitHub Releases page. π«
βCome on @github, it's 2026! We need real workspace support:
π·οΈ Mark MULTIPLE packages as latest
π Better sorting for tags/releases (save us from the alphanumeric inferno π₯)
β#monorepos #github
π Valibot v1.3 is here!
Announcing Vite+ Alpha.
Now open source.
To make JavaScript developers more productive than ever before.
A single binary that:
β Unifies your frontend toolchain
β Manages your runtime & pkg manager
β Caching & monorepo support
Works with every framework and meta framework in the Vite ecosystem.
Haha literally discovered this the other day thanks to cooking mode π¨π»βπ³π
It is true that Proton is located in Switzerland and responded to a legal request from the Swiss authorities. But it is also true that most people do not know what an MLAT is and there is a widespread misunderstanding that using Proton will protect your account from US govt requests.

Haha yep this definitely helps to identify all the spots on the screen π

Three browser window illustrations show changes before and after a modal opens, highlighting scrollbar behavior and layout shifts.
Ever noticed how your entire page shifts when you open a modal?
That's not a bug, that's a missing CSS property.
