Yknow one touch from Cyberrats: ROTBB that I think we really nailed it on was the relationships, namely the Strictly Professional one. All the relationships give players powerful interactions, like Rivals doing combo attacks and nemesis passing injuries back and forth, but SP has such fun incentives

Witch Hat is an obvious love letter to drawing, made by someone who loves drawing and has achieved God level status with pen and ink.

But it's also a story of the joy of creativity, the joy of honing a craft, that you're not born with talent but if you work hard Talent is for everyone.

While this would possibly leave an employee whose spent their slap vulnerable, it ideally functions as a deterrant and is never used. To encourage this, unspent slaps can be rolled over to the next year, with a maximum of 3 banked slaps at any time

When I am emperor any and all part time employees will be allowed to full force open palm slap one superior per year.
