Once again I am indebted to Prof. Esmilda Abreu-Hornbostle for the opportunity to guest lecture in her business class at Montclair State University. These students had great comments and questions and it is also fun to revisit my pre-priest life for a bit.

Christian Nationalism is a heresy. The current administration is immoral, criminal, and a threat to the safety of this country and the world.
Swalwell needs to remove himself from the race, and the allegations should be heard and investigated in Congress. If found to be credible, he should be prosecuted. I am happy to see that support for him is dropping. GOP - take note. This is how you deal with a predator - not elect him to POTUS.
This is great, but ignores the people who have stood on the street and protested, attended local government meetings to testify (over and over again), called/mailed/emailed, and more. The lawsuits are the result of all of their work. I know you share this on your show, but the AP skipped it.

Several Episcopal bishops were there in Minneapolis, along with a lot of us clergy from across the country. Clergy have long been associated with civil rights movements, most notably the Rev. Dr. MLK, Jr. and the SBLC. Pope Leo is going to be a good model for so many.
So many of us are, particularly against the heresy of Christian Nationalism, but it is true that the voices of heads of judicatories are most valuable. It's exhausting, but everyone needs to keep on going. Thank you for all you, Joyce, Kimberly, and Jill do to keep us informed.
Pay attention folks. This is an effort to make historical records...well, history. It is part of the steps toward a world where truth is a shifting thing; where, as Joyce rightly quotes Orwell, “Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
A democrat came within 11 point of winning in MTG's very red district in Georgia where the PINO won by 70? Let that sink in.
It occurred to me - maybe the military refused to follow illegal orders leading to TACO? Just wondering.
