In all of the chaos that we are currently living though, Stonewall DFL wants take a moment to recognize those putting on conventions around the State of Minnesota. We have heard of some conventions that have upwards of 80% of first time delegates, which is amazing!
Outside of the drab sanctuaries and interminable coffee hours of the Lutheran faith, not many know that one of the 95 Theses was actually "The Church has strayed too far from its liturgical mandate to Give Ilhan Omar a Gundam." It's been represented in many historical depictions of Luther's work
We saw the way she went after vinegar dude, @ilhanmn.bsky.social doesn't wait for her security team to act anyways. The one-time cost of a self-piloted gundam would be far more budget-friendly in the long run.
No shade to her excellent security team, we just know Ilhan is badass on her own.
Angie Craig has no excuse for not helping with interpretation costs at DFL conventions. Small campaigns found ways to live our DFL values. I'm tired of high profile candidates who won't do it too.

I’m spending half of my weekend inside volunteering at a convention. Same goes for the next few weekends.
It’s not because I love conventions.
It’s because I love my friends, some of whom I haven’t seen in months due to ongoing ICE activity.
I’d sit inside on a sunny day for them anyday.
Why would anyone vote for us if we stand for nothing?

The same is true for depression and anxiety and other diagnoses. Treatment of gender dysphoria ought to be viewed the same.
True, not sure who was helping her during the convention season. As a DFL officer, he shouldn't have been touching a campaign that summer/fall since the convention voted for no endorsement. But without any donors throwing fits, guess it didn't matter.

Having the chair of our largest CD call a meeting to remove a SEC director elected at convention while having no way to credential and ensure votes are tallied while fascism breaks down our door is the shot. Doing this is front of the Secretary of State is the chaser.
